One cutting head for every sheet thickness
One head for everything
Thanks to the single cutting head strategy, which has already proven its value on the machines in the TruLaser 5000 series, the TruLaser 3030 NEW now also processes the entire range of sheet thicknesses with one cutting head. Costly exchanges of the head are a thing of the past and unproductive downtime is reduced. The single cutting head strategy shows particular advantages when you work different materials in automated operation.
Pallet changer in perpendicular position
Space is money
It‘s not just time that‘s money; space is, too. A machine that doesn‘t need much space is more cost-effective in production than less compact systems. That is why you can install the pallet changer on the TruLaser 3030 NEW parallel or perpendicular to the machine. This allows ideal space utilization and requires 20% less installation space. Another advantage of the perpendicular position is that the operator has a view of the entire process from the control panel.
Automation
The same components can be automated on the TruLaser 3030 NEW as its predecesor model. A new feature is the LiftMaster Compact. Its compact construction fits well with the space savings concept of the TruLaser 3030 NEW.
